Shipping Methods
Shipping options are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of your order.
Available shipping methods may include:

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected.
From time to time, Shimmer & Shawls may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Customers may use the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of their shipment through the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Luxury & High-Value Orders
To help protect both our customers and our business, select luxury, designer, and high-value orders may require:
- Signature confirmation upon delivery
- Shipping insurance
- Additional verification prior to shipment
These measures help ensure the safe and secure delivery of valuable merchandise.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Shimmer & Shawls is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Photographs of the packaging and contents may be requested to assist with the claims process.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help determine an appropriate resolution.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Shimmer & Shawls is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery. Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations and monitor tracking information closely.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Shimmer & Shawls is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays once an order has been shipped.
